Our moulds are shaped and cut from rigid extruded polystyrene foam, which has been manufactured to international specifications and standards.
We offer a wide range of polystyrene moulds to choose from and continually push the boundaries for new designs. These moulds can also be customised to fit an architect's specifications which requires that perfect fit.
The size of our moulds range from 50 x 50mm to 195 x 195mm, making the larger profiles 300mm from top to bottom. Being limited only slightly, we are even able to produce moulds up to 500mm in height - now that's a lot of cornice!
